We select food vendors based on their benefit to the Waterloo Arts Fest. While there are permanent locations on Waterloo serving food, we bring in Food Vendors to add to the diversity of options available to Fest attendees. Where most festivals offer standard fare, such as funnel cakes and popcorn, the Waterloo Arts Fest features local food craftspeople who bring extraordinary culinary delights to our art-enthusiastic attendees!

By having a booth at the Waterloo Arts Fest this year, you can take part in this exciting occasion and watch as Waterloo Road is transformed into a sea of people, all ready to explore the arts in any form we present to them! THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

Art vendors are selected based on the quality of their artwork and benefit to the Waterloo Arts Fest.

All artwork that is sold should be original, or otherwise handmade.

Acceptable artwork includes, but is not limited to: ceramics, fabric, glass, jewelry, metals, painting, photography, prints, wearables and accessories.

The Waterloo Arts Fest is run by Arts Collinwood. We are not just an arts organization – we are also a community organization. Each year, because we believe in the power of a strong
community, we partner with other organizations around Greater Cleveland to make the Waterloo Arts Fest a stronger event. This reinforces our relationships around the city, gives Fest attendees a variety of educational opportunities, and adds diversity to the Waterloo Arts Fest experience.

The Waterloo Arts Fest is not just about visual art! Performance of all kinds is an important aspect, and we have been honored to showcase a variety of talent throughout the years: dance
groups and demonstrations, yo-yo masters, buskers, poets, mimes, puppets, theater groups, and much more! We love having a variety of things happening in the street throughout the day, andwould love to add your unique act to the mix!
